FaceTite is a new procedure available at Williamson Cosmetic Center with results comparable to a surgical facelift – without the scars. FaceTite provides a dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face and neck, which was previously only attainable with surgical procedures.

FaceTite is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that utilizes Radiofrequency-Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL) technology to tighten skin and reduce excess fat in the face and neck. It is often marketed as a non-surgical alternative to a traditional facelift, targeting issues like sagging jowls, loose neck skin, and a double chin with significantly less downtime. During the procedure, small, discreet incisions are made to insert a thin probe beneath the skin. This probe works with an external electrode to deliver controlled radiofrequency energy. The heat from the RF energy simultaneously melts or coagulates unwanted fat cells (lipolysis) and stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin in the deeper layers of the skin, leading to tissue contraction and skin tightening.

The liquified fat is then removed using a small liposuction cannula. Because FaceTite combines both fat reduction and skin firming in one session, it provides contouring and a more defined facial profile. The procedure is typically performed in an office setting using local anesthesia with mild sedation, and most patients can return to their normal activities within a few days, wearing a compression garment for a short period. While some improvement may be seen immediately due to fat reduction, the skin tightening effects continue to become more noticeable over several months as new collagen develops, with results often lasting for several years.
