With over 15 textbook chapters he has been a thought leader in surgical education and developed an AAAASF approved surgical center which offers state of the art laser and surgical care hosting physicians from all of the countries as a training center.

    I had a rhinoplasty and lower eyelid surgery done by Dr Perenack and I couldn't be happier. Dr Perenack is the best of the best and I was confident to let him work on my face. My nose always bothered me and I hated the way it looked in photos, but now I don't have to worry about that at all and love my profile! Having my lower eyelids done makes me look younger and refreshed. I would 100% refer Dr Perenack and his team to anyone interested in cosmetic facial surgery!

    I have seen Dr. Perenack on multiple occasions. Each experience was nothing short of amazing. His honesty and Eye for perfecting the tiny insecurities we have is astounding. I recently had a surgery with Dr. Perenack in which I opted to only use local anesthesia, at first I was nervous, but he did a wonderful job at calming me down and getting me through it. It was PAINLESS! He talked to me and joked the entire procedure and honestly, I forgot I was even nervous in the first place. My healing was fast and easy and I absolutely love my results! He knew exactly what I was looking for, hitting the nail right on the head! To top off my great experience, his staff could not have been any better. They told me exactly what to expect and there were no hidden surprises. They graciously answered all of my questions and concerns both inside the office and out. The price was reasonable and I was back up and at it after only two short days. I would highly recommend Dr. Perenack!

    Went in to get my buccal fat pads removed. I’ve always been very self-conscious about my cheeks (no matter my weight, I’ve always had chipmunk cheeks). First off, the staff at his office was extremely accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. Dr. Perenack came in for my consultation and told me the process he was going to use during my procedure. He went through my recovery with me and answered any question I had. His bedside manner was EXCELLENT. I went in for my follow up visit and everything looked great. I was only in pain for maybe a few hours until I got it under control. All other parts of the experience have been easy. I would recommend Dr. Perenack to anyone for any cosmetic procedure!

    I had an otoplasty surgery done by Dr. Perenack himself and he could tell I was scared because it was my first surgery. He comforted me by showing me before and after pictures of other patients he has preformed this procedure on. That made me feel better. The staff was amazing! They have such an aesthetically pleasing office! Everything is clean. They offer mints and cold water to you while you wait. I was very happy with my whole experience! I honestly felt pampered.     I have had several procedures with Dr. Perenack over the years. Laser Resurfacing for skin tightening and smoothing, fillers to strengthen my jawline and a hair transplant to re-establish my front hairline are some of my favorites. His evaluations are thorough and he is able to provide many before and after photos of his work. I always receive compliments regarding my skin and, thanks to Dr. Perenack’s skills, no one has guessed that I have had anything done or even my actual age. I moved out of Baton Rouge a year ago but still travel back versus going to anyone else. It is WORTH it!
