One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that dermal filler is only meant to make lips bigger or soften a wrinkle. While filler certainly can do those things, one of its most powerful uses is something we call a liquid facelift.
What is a Liquid Facelift?

As we age, we don't just develop wrinkles. We lose bone support, facial fat, collagen, and skin elasticity.
