Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Joseph Angelo Greco III is a highly trained and experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a distinguished background in academic medicine, clinical surgery, and aesthetic innovation. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Greco earned his Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology, graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Georgia in 1998. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in 2002, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and recognized as the most outstanding student in surgery.
Dr. Greco completed his general surgery residency and served as Chief Resident at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he also completed his fellowship in plastic surgery. During this time, he conducted research in wound healing and reconstructive techniques, publishing numerous peer-reviewed studies and presenting at national surgical conferences.
Dr. Greco is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and board-eligible in both plastic and cosmetic surgery. His areas of expertise include body contouring, reconstructive surgery, breast surgery, and aesthetic transformation.
A dedicated clinician and researcher, Dr. Greco is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and several prestigious surgical societies. He continues to bring a patient-centered, academically grounded approach to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
